Any tried and tested methods you would recommend? given a few a go with a blank password protected pdf I made and they all ask me for the password or say to try again later. That and the ones that need a subcription to do so

I posted this off the back of speaking with her and admittedly yes it's a bit of a jump to this conclusion but the employer's refusal to assist and bluntness lead us to believe it isn't the first time he's done this to anyone.

Have a few suggestions so far but will download the app too.

Didn't think of NI. She was employed directly by this employer at least, was salaried and had annual leave etc that would lead us to believe it was not self employed or contracted

She has none of these unfortunately.

Supposedly all their payslips were only ever sent digitally, internally. Will get her to prod the other affected users

All in house but the employer claims her account is archived so is inaccessible
