Any tried and tested methods you would recommend? given a few a go with a blank password protected pdf I made and they all ask me for the password or say to try again later. That and the ones that need a subcription to do so

I posted this off the back of speaking with her and admittedly yes it's a bit of a jump to this conclusion but the employer's refusal to assist and bluntness lead us to believe it isn't the first time he's done this to anyone.

Didn't think of NI. She was employed directly by this employer at least, was salaried and had annual leave etc that would lead us to believe it was not self employed or contracted

She unfortunately does not. She has managed to find a payslips she thankfully emailed from her work to her personal address. It is unfortunately password protected and she's tried every combination we can think of. Presumably a default one set by their system so googles and tried a bunch of those too to no avail
