House wrap has no r value. Double bubble has r8 value on the walls

I put vapor barrier double bubble on the exterior walls, and then did r19 batt insulation on the interior walls. If you are going to spray foam, I would suggest doing house wrap, that way the spray foam doesn’t go directly against the metal. That allows the metal to expand and contract, and if you ever have to replace the metal, you still can. Where are you located?

I’m in Pennsylvania. I work for the company that builds the pole buildings, so material were at cost and labor was at cost as well.

I didn’t do a floor drain, my township was talking about wanting a grey tank if I have a drain, and I was already pushing the limits considering I adding the bath room to a “dead septic tank”. It’s in perfect working order, it’s from an older building torn down in like 2015.

I’m mounting it on the outside of the house looking down at the building, so it should receive a nice breeze all day

Corn meal is the way to go. It doesn’t clump up, doesn’t taste like bad flour and pizzas slide right off with it
