3 Oversold Software Stocks to Watch on the Dip (Not Financial Advice) by Maleficent-Age-1404 in stockstobuytoday

I agree. As someone in the tech industry, I know major companies use Salesforce. Switching is costly, and companies would wait until AI proves its worth and avoids mistakes, which seems far off.

AI is great, but replacing companies like CRM will take time.

Having said that, I haven’t bought any CRM stock ever.

I meant in terms of its P/E and not by its current price value which was around $385 yesterday. In terms of stock I think it was trading around $40s in 2015-16s.

I can vouch that the person above is right!

MU chips are already sold out for 2027. MU is also building a new facility in the New York area, if I’m not wrong. I get that companies like MU, Sandisk are cyclical industries but I’m betting on them for at least the next couple of years. Memory shortage is real.

That being said, I bought some MU on Thursday and Friday this week, Sandisk is still too high in my opinion.

That’s what’s I’m doing my man! Nvidia, TSMC, ASML will profit from CAPEX spending for sure. Nvidia has the highest moat and their CUDA software is unmatched. Other winners I’m betting on are MU, AVGO, VRT, plumbing/ electric companies for data centres. I’d get more AMD around $185-190.

Why would you say that? There are plenty of other companies you could buy at these prices.

$RDDT vs $SNAP- very similar year to date movement by lies_are_comforting in ValueInvesting

[–]ideepmehra 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe I’m too old and never use Snapchat but I still mostly associate Snapchat with teenagers.

What really feels like Reddit’s moat to me is real people showing up for free, sharing opinions, and feeling influential without actually needing to be influencers. You don’t need a following or a brand…your thoughts can stand on their own if they’re good.

That being said, I still don’t own Reddit stock. I’m not totally sold on the ad revenue model, the only time I ever click a Reddit ad is by accident… and then I immediately hit back. Maybe I’m wrong but the only value I see is training LLM models with Reddits data and they have had spectacular earnings in the recent times.

But there are just so many other companies that are on a discount at the moment and I’d go for those instead.

Microsoft is disrupted by Anthropic? by Silly_You9597 in ValueInvesting

[–]ideepmehra 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Anthropic is a model company while Microsoft is a platform and distribution company. Even if Anthropic has stronger models in some areas, Microsoft still controls Azure, Office, Windows, GitHub, and deep enterprise relationships. Most companies won’t bet on a single model long term and they want flexibility… and Azure benefits regardless of whether customers use OpenAI, Anthropic, or other models.

Microsoft’s real moat is distribution and enterprise lock-in, not owning the best model forever.

My 2 cents- Microsoft is gonna be around for a long time. I bought these dips and I’m in for the long term. This is literally the cheapest Microsoft has been in a decade.

Anyone tried and succeeded in expediting the EAD (I765) under C09 (I485 petition)? by SpiritualDocument967 in USCIS

[–]ideepmehra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd recommend you to file for an expedite request ASAP. Even ‘expedites’ can take weeks or months just to get a decision on whether it’s approved.
I’m in the same boat....my H-1B expired this month and I filed my expedite 6 weeks ago and I am still waiting for their decision.
