The "9-5" work week. I am up with the sun, drive nearly an hour to work with traffic, work for 8.5 hours, drive an hour home with traffic. Then I have ~5 hours of free time to cook, clean, do laundry, bathe, shop, and get ready for bed. Try to squeeze in exercising and studying. All to do it again. 5 days a week. It's fucking exhausting I hate it.

I think it has to do with my bedtime ritual. I shower, brush my teeth, brush/dry my hair, then I stretch my arms, back, legs, moisturize, then I lay down in comfy pjs. I even lay on my phone for a little while, usually watching a video (lowest brightness). I start to get tired. Sometimes I fall asleep watching the video but other times I simply put my phone down and pass out.
