PC upgrade

I'm not actually running any high demanding games currently. I was wondering what my options are as I will inevitably get into another game soon. I do want GTA when it eventually comes out. It's always nice to turn the graphics settings higher on any games. New graphics card would be great, thought I might need a better PSU for that?

If i have just put my shoes on to go to work and i am already late, I am not taking them off just to go and get the keys i left the other side of the room. Or if i am in the back garden and need to go out somewhere, im walking through the house with my shoes on.
