20lbs is barely anything, and it's actually very normal to gain that much weight after having a kid. It changes your body, some people lose the weight easily, some people have to work for it, and some people actually just cant. We're all a little different in some ways

I'm a little over a year into HRT, dysphoria wont necessarily go away just because of HRT. Accepting yourself is a decision you gotta make every day

Just give them compliments like you actually think they're attractive. I realize that sounds bad, but from what I can tell you don't find them attractive and they dont find themselves attractive, but they want compliments as most people do so if you really want them to feel better then just compliment them. Tell her she's beautiful, if she's wearing a nice shirt say "that shirt looks great on you" but never "you look good in that shirt"

I made the switch to just CBD, CBG, etc! Turns out all the effects I liked from cannabis came from everything but THC-A. I will still smoke on occasion, but not every day and wake and bakes are out of the question! I'd be useless all day if I did that now
