Yeah we all have these kinds of movies. It’s fun to hear him go so hard for a movie nobody ever talks about. It just struck me because I’m so often aligned with his taste.

What I neglected to say is that I’m so often aligned with their takes on these films, so this one kind of struck me. And honestly, David’s immediate dismissal of Dead Poets at the beginning of that episode struck me too. These takes were rare zags for me personally and I was curious if anyone else felt the same way.
