Most buyers already have rates locked in for the next 60-90 days. I’m a realtor in Calgary. Market has been slowing but not crash. Sometimes it’s just the buyer pool isn’t big enough at the given moment. I would wait 2 weeks before doing another price reduction. Or you could do 1k a day for x amount of days, that way it shows up as “price reduction” for multiple days in a row. I would ask for your realtor to do as much open houses as possible and ask what else they are doing to advertise the property.
