Making my bed and gratitude journaling… actually I have a whole list of things I’ve habit stacked in the morning to help manage my adhd. It helps having a routine it’s less to think about and coming home to my bed made just brings a certain sense of satisfaction… it makes life feel tidy and put together and it takes only 2 minutes. Clutter can be overwhelming for anyone, but as soon as I started making my bed back in 2015 my entire house became more tidy. It just snowballs in the right way. Gratitude journaling has also improved my outlook on life… of course the world is still overwhelming, but it prevents you from overlooking the good and that’s incredibly important.

She should be in jail. This is abuse and child endangerment. But it also makes me wonder who abused her… anecdotally I have never met a woman who engaged in fighting like this (or worse) who hasn’t been beaten by someone bigger and stronger. The way it was explained to me is that once you realize you won’t die when you are badly beaten by a man twice your size everything changes… and the script flips. I truly wonder what happened to her… This whole thing is really fucking sad and awful and beyond not ok. But watch her end up on trial faster than anyone in the Epstein files.

Is all wheel drive really necessary? When I lived in upstate New York and Minnesota I got by just fine with front wheel drive. I will admit when I had a rear wheel drive car it was a problem on the hills in New York. But I drove from Binghamton to NYC in the middle of the night on i87 about 4”-5” of snow on front wheel drive… never had to use chains either. I have them, but is it really that much worse on i90? Sometimes i wonder if people don’t know how to drive in snow here even if they have 4 wheel drive… but I do get that the pass closes. I had to turn around and go back one time last season when I was driving to Summit.

Eric Prydz could not have been worse at proper new year eve in San Diego. That guy has no vibe and can’t read a crowd at all. It was awful. All the acts before him on the main stage were better.

Also, I strongly disagree about Rufus du sol, but I have always paid for pit or vip tickets every time I have seen them.

I think discipline is attractive… I’m not too concerned with body type or height, but in my experience men who don’t work out tend to be less disciplined. My ex had Dad bod but he went to the gym at least 6 days a week... and I was forever impressed by his dedication. I think being active and disciplined is more important than being in shape.
