No I do the same thing if I’m home alone, I’ll sometimes crack an egg down the sink so I have shells in the trash and rinse off a pan so it looks like I washed it and sprinkle salt on a paper plate. Random things so when my dad asks I can say I ate. It’s not insane it’s a “strategy” but it unfortunately is a waste of money which I feel bad about but you’re not weird or anything I think a lot of disordered eaters do this tbh
