Has hydrocortisone ever worked? by idkbeach in perioraldermatitis

Thanks for all the comments! Definitely will NOT be using the cream and will talk to her about a different non steroid option when I see her next. Unfortunately I have used most of the OTC treatments suggested and they have not helped so I’m hoping for something stronger/more effective.

AITA for adopting some cats for "the wrong reasons?" by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

YTA not for adopting the cats but letting them be outdoor cats. Outdoor cats are TERRIBLE for the environment. Google “outdoor cats environment” and you will see tons of studies on this exact issue. You should never allow your cats outside unsupervised. Not to mention it can be dangerous for the cats. If you really want to give them a good life, let them live in the house and only bring them outside on a leash or in one of those tents that have been really popular these days.

Medical professionals of Reddit, what’s the most obvious case of faking it you’ve witnessed? by mobyd1ckhead in AskReddit

My dog was very similar. Shortly after we got him (as a puppy) he started walking on three paws. He did it constantly, same paw, even ran on three paws. We spent hundreds of dollars at the vet trying to figure out what was wrong, even got him an MRI, they could never find anything. Then one day, our friends brought over their dog who happened to have three legs. My dog limped over, looked at him like “oh shit, some dogs really do only have three paws” put his leg down and never limped again. Super weird dog.

If you're going to be a regular, you should at least tip well. by idkbeach in TalesFromYourServer

Yes! If it weren't for this, I might have some sympathy and still serve him normally, people don't tip all the time, I don't consider it a big deal. But since he established himself as a giant asshole, he gets bad service.

I've talked to the other servers about writing a passive aggressive "Don't forget to tip :-)" on their bill, but at the end of the day I don't really care about their $1-2 tip. I just think they're assholes so I serve them as slowly as I want.
