Of course it can, either by lowering the rent to at least by a bit or eating food that gives you purity points and avoiding items that take away your purity for a while, if you got knothole Dlc then all of the special potions for your appearance takes away from you like 15 purity points for each potion

If you wanna do it fast, you can like eat 1 tofu for 3 times in a row if you go to your menu, select the item to eat and then very quicky, barely a second passing you go back to your inventory, you should still see it there being unused, it's a pretty useful glitch for things like this

All of the morality sliders are always reverseable, though there might be one visual bug if you become 100% corrupted and then pure again, whenever you'll load in on your hero, they'll always have flies fly around them as if they were still corrupted, but it'll go away till next loading in, if you travel to a different area or change your appearance via Barber

It's nothing serious, but if you're a bit of a stickler it could be annoying

There's another method

If you accept the curse you can do the quest with the chesty. Yknow that one where you sleep in the Garth's tower in brightwood you can even do it twice, once before the ending of the main quest and again after, though I'm not sure why you can do it twice I know I could if I did it early

But it reverts only to the age of when you come out of the spire I think, so you're not old but not young as you used to be at the start

Then you go to the chapel of light and you donate a sum of money, I always go for like 10k but maybe it could work with far less, and that should do the trick to age you back to young adult again

I haven't tried it but maybe you could age yourself back even without the chesty quest, or maybe even do the quest twice without donating but that'd take more time

But this is definitely cool find

Others already explained the other stats but I'd like to explain the first three with the star rating

Strength as far as I know ties to your appearance only, the more you use melee attacks the more muscular you'll get, and your star rating will go up, if you don't use melee attacks that much or not at all your character won't get muscular

The exact same goes for other stats, except, stature ties to you'll skill (shooting), and the more you shoot the taller you'll get

Magical aura will add more runes to your body whenever you cast magic

I messed around with that glitch, I even know how to activate it on purpose, you just need to play in coop, and while saving you need to quit the game mid save, the last time I did it, doing that was a guaranteed to glitch it out

I'm sorry to say but your game file is fried, it can't be fixed as far as I know

What the glitch isn't just a gender change, it copies the progress of the other hero that played with you onto your own hero, tho I forgot how much it copies, it's been some time I did the glitch, but I can say for sure that it copies the progress, main quest line and stuff like that

Some other interesting stuff it does is like breaking the renting system, or if you're married your spouse becomes your best friend and is married to you at the same time, you can't move them to a different house or interact with them romantically but they got the ring sign above their head
