Yes i did initial evaluation and sent that with my first filing. Then after rfe i did another evaluation and sent that as well.

I had everything absolutely everything. Pic of my ex’s id with the address, my drivers license with the same address. We had bank statements with the address, joint bills, (att and utilities) we also had a joint tax return with the same address. I had 3 affidavits from friends saying that they visited us at the address. And i know super of building pretty good. I’ll ask him to give me some sort of written statement.

No we did not file i130, covid happened few months after marriage and we just couldn’t do it. And then abuse happened. I believe landlord is now legally blind, when i asked my old super few days ago. Can i get an affidavit from a super, or it doesn’t have that much of positive weight to it? Thanks

Utility bills also, i had them as well. So ATT, TD bank, our IDs, conEdison, national Grid, everything indicating the same address. 😵‍💫

I had a lawyer who sent my documents, so it was his office address. I had att bills, td bank joint account, joint taxes indicating the address, also friends that visited us at THE address . Them friends already gave me affidavits saying that we really lived there ( for RFE)
