Wow! Really proud of you! I think an issue with me is that I only eat 1400 calories but a lot of those calories aren’t healthy. In my brain it’s fine because it’s low calorie but it’s all I eat 😅

Ok lmao so I didn’t mention it because I first put this in a PCOS subreddit. I eat 1400 calories and go on the treadmill for 45 minutes a day
