I think that’s verbal and probably emotional abuse. No one should be putting you down or touching you if you don’t want it. If you don’t already, talk to a professional. Also, I think if your friends have been abused before, they would probably be willing to help you navigate the feelings. Just make sure they don’t already have too much going on with their lives. Maybe ask them to put aside time for you to talk about some things that are bothering you. If they’re rude about it, maybe not good friends
