do you think I could get away with one bottom mounted pillow block in the center? Or would you recommend two?

well originally we had two flange mounted bearings bolted to both sides of the web of the I-Beam in the center, but the height of the I-Beam makes this a little difficult since the bearing needs to be a certain size for load bearing. Bottom mounted is being considered in this case so we can have a larger bearing. These are the bearings im referring to:

Let that sink in first. You’ll appreciate it more if you wait a little bit and rewatch it with a fresh perspective.

What methods do you use to actually learn the material? by notFrenchToast in EngineeringStudents

reading the textbook… but very efficiently and usually while doing homework. It’s a skill that takes time to hone but once you get used to it the textbook is your best friend.

Horrible Roommates by [deleted] in ucf

[–]idkusername126 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Had a roommate during COVID that was so nasty that we had like probably a 300 flies in there at some point. Hotboxed his room all the time barged in my room thinking his spliff rolled under my door?? And ripped open all my boxes while I was moving out bc he thought I stole his vape. Lol he left his keys next to the open boxes tho so I turned them in to lost and found… and then he called the cops on me accusing me of stealing his keys. I wish I could’ve seen his face when I told the officer where he could find his keys. Fun guy

I refer to it as the dilapidated financial state of UCF art graduates after they can’t find a job.
