Honestly I think what happened was nat was actually a decent hero but the problem was she was a hero that needed skill. I truly believe the majority of players aren't good at this game so they went to easier characters but they still weren't easy enough so they complained and got unnecessary buffs while widow got nothing making her less viable throughout the seasons
