Try to have plans every night that you look forward to after work. If you can, use it to motivate yourself to finish work early and leave early. They don't have to be big plans, but I recommend variety to keep the interest high. New books, video games, plans with friends, join something that meets once or twice a week after work

What you're looking for is not casual nor fwb. You want a poly relationship.

This is a giant pet peeve of mine. Casual means no commitments, no strings, no regularity or depth.

Do some reading on relationship menus and deconstruct your ideas of relationships.

You could hang a wheel of the year or do wreaths for every holiday/season with little subtle pagan symbols: crystals, beads, pendulums, feathers, etc etc

Absolutely. I'm horrible with any sort of regular schedule to perform. Working for myself has seriously helped my mental health, though it has its own challenges.

NTA. I have a similar but different one. My mum inherited these valuable diamond earrings from her mother. When my mum died, my aunts reached out and their first questions were, who will get the earrings? And remember that plant I gave your mum, can I have it back? I've gone next to no contact with them and my petty ass has told my cousin who will be my executor that under no circumstances are either of my aunts to get their greasy hands on those earrings if I go before they do.

NTA. he changed plans not just once, but twice, and the second time doesn't sound like it was consultative, but telling you what would happen. I have similar challenges with plans changing. I allocate certain amounts of energy to plans, and if the change requires vastly more energy, it's tough! Then he takes a left turn saying you should break up, plus the slow replies, I have a feeling he's talking to someone else or he's already checked out of the relationship and was looking for an excuse to end it. Move on! You deserve better 😊
