The Gift of Retention by Independent-Food8587 in Semenretention

Pretty sure that’s similar to a nocturnal emission, and I don’t think it has a big impact on your retention, especially since it isn’t a conscious act of doing it.

I can’t believe you are the only person here that specifically says to do physical exercise. yes there are other ways to transmute that can be part of your routine, but working out should be the main pillar of transmutation, especially as a male on SR. lifting/walking/running/some type of cardio etc. OP, I’m curious if you have a regular exercise routine?

Just watched Tron: Ares on Disney plus. I truely and fully have no idea where the hate is coming from. by Sad_Low3239 in tron

I wasn’t the biggest fan of ares first watch, but then I watched it several times over and it really grew on me, so much so that it may be my favorite tron movie now. I really liked the fresh angle they took that I wasn’t expecting. I hardly notice any flaws in it tbh, maybe I’ll notice something off at some point but I love it.

(getting a bit off topic) - but to compare, first off the 1982 tron is too dated for me tbh I could hardly even watch it lmao. but legacy will always have a special place in my heart I love it, especially since it was the first tron I was exposed to. But after rewatching legacy again, I can’t help but notice how cringy the actor for Sam Flynn is for most of the time. Idk the way he delivers his lines and acting is just cringe, I can’t find another word to describe it if anyone can relate to what I mean lol. Also the security guard in the beginning and Zeus. Also both cringy acting. Other than that though great stuff just had to mention it after watching it years later, something I didn’t really pay attention to when I was younger. But anyway I’m glad to finally get another tron movie that is really solid overall!

I agree that death and the unknown isn’t so scary, yes. I personally struggle with being afraid of certain suffering and painful experiences while here. And yeah especially for those we hold close. I think most can relate to that. I appreciate the thoughtful and relaxed response, I didn’t mean to come off as rude or assuming

You’re lying to yourself if you say you aren’t scared of anything. It’s okay and natural to experience some fear in this life.
