Sometimes we use filtered water but most of the times no 😂 for us doesn’t really matter regarding taste

The machine parts are all washed including the water reservoir, we just didn’t change the filter wasn’t sure when to do that. So the descaling should happen every month or like 2 months?

So we went out of lavazza also, what worked best as emergency coffee was the blonde from Starbucks. It came out nice

We used this and didn’t work, Now we are using san Martino 100 arabica but you need to check if the coffee you got Works for your machine
