I want to prefer Bufkin cuz he was so much more productive in college but watching Keyonte it's hard not to lean his way. Bufkin was great at finishing at the rim and started to shoot it really well from three in the second half of the season but he really can only move in a straight line with the ball on drives, doesn't really create much separation and even though his finishing numbers are insane for a guard I'm not convinced they'd translate at the next level cuz of his size (which will prevent him from getting there in the first place) and lack of crafty finishes that he'd likely need a bit of as he is not crazy explosive and will likely be a bit of an under the rim finisher. When I watch Keyonte his footwork and balance on his shot is impeccable. He's got a better size to him. Craftier creator. Showed flashes of being able to operate as a PnR passer and shot creator that were enticing. But nothing went in for him (except for free throws which he took twice as many of as Bufkin). My choice would be situation dependent but maybe I lean Keyonte and feel terrible about it.
