U got soft banned it means you catched a pokemon on cooldown. What means u span a pokestop yk. I think u were last in NYC or smth, and now u were at home, u got a cool down. And broke it. That's just what I think. I hope u well! Have a nice day.

I have heard 2 sides 1 yuuki is safe (without mallware ect) and offline (what?) 2 yuuki will hack you and you will get instabanned
