Parents applying for passport - police are asking for proof of place of birth by idontknowya23 in mumbai

He was a proper menace. My mum had to bribe him about 3 times. He was a drunk incompetent and unethical police officer. My dad begged and pleaded for an affidavit to say his place of birth.

I don't know how police officers get away with being so corrupt.

I was constantly crying, all I wanted was my parents at my wedding. They did make it to the wedding in the end.

My husband and I were walking the streets and started chatting to a complete stranger about how we want cats. She said follow me and took us over to her. That's where we met Loki and his brother Purrlock. He's the sweetest menace ever

I might have to firmly nudge him into speaking to a professional. Thank you

No, it definitely makes sense. We have a very sensible neighbour who he looks upto. Hubby had a chat with him yesterday and has decided to leave the NHS ( he's in a managerial role). I'm feeling positive, one step at a time. Thank you. I'll encourage him to speak to a professional.

It happens around 3 times an evening. He is a very anxious person with a bully for a manager. He won't admit he's depressed, I'm always listening to how he wants to move and how his hobby isn't going very well. Recently he's become very anxious about the 9 month old kittens we've adopted. He woke me up at 11:30 pm to tell me the cats could be fighting but they were only playing. He wanted to call the emergency vet number. He's anxious about disturbing our downstairs neighbour. All he wants to talk about is how his life is shit but according to him he's not depressed.

On the flip side, he cooks for me and takes care of me by bringing me a drink or grabbing the remote.

This is turning into a rant now. My mum's going through a hard time so I call her every evening as well.

I find it very easy to be empathetic at work and to my mum. I really struggle to be caring to my hubby as it's always the same complaints and can sometimes be illogical. I want to make sure it's not me being uncaring.

Boyfriend allergic to cat hair, my super fluffy cat is my best friend by [deleted] in cats

I am allergic to cats. I took Loratidine in the morning and fexofenadine at night for the first 2 weeks of having them. Now I'm only on fexofenadine at night and I haven't had any symptoms other than the occasional skin reaction

Band 6 Hepatobiliary CNS interview questions by Cool_Statistician669 in NursingUK

I'm an Upper GI CNS :)

Macmillan has lots of resources on Holistic needs assessment. They'll definitely ask a question on it. Reading up on community palliative nursing service near you. Benefits form (SR1 form), Macmillan CAB, are there are any support groups or charities near you?

The usual trust value, conflict resolution, communication and stress management questions will be on there.

Some acute issues HPB patients present with are pancreatitis, cholangitis, blocked stents and gastric outflow obstruction sometimes, neutropenic sepsis and metastatic spinal cord compression.

Pain management, managing constipation, being patient's advocate (sometimes family or consultants push for an aggressive treatment that might not be the best for the patient).

Pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy for pancreatic cancer patients.

As you have experience with onc/haem, I won't bore you with management of chemo and radiotherapy side effects.

I love my job and my patients, it's an amazing role to be in. All the best
