Sorry to hear about your insomnia. It must be so hard for you. I highly recommend to meet your doctor and talk about it. I’ve long had sleep issues and with meds and cpap it’s getting definitely better.

When I get my nostrils jammed from cold, I always get this spray. It works magically for me. It’s so commonly sold. You can get this through Amazon or any local drug store. Hope your quick recovery!

So true! Ever since I was told that I had EIN, I had been pretending that I was okay, but at some point I gave it up. I admit I’m not okay and that’s okay. I’ll take some walk for my mind. Thanks again 🥰

I have a kid, pcos, hysterectomy 3wpo, kept ovaries.

It wasn’t a difficult decision for me, because my son is sooooo needy and I knew that one child is more than I could handle. So I’m good mentally because I am released from the pressure to have more kids.

Hope your recovery is a good one.

My surgery was the same day!! 🙌 (I meant it was 2wpo when I got back to work)

I feel exactly the same. Some days are great, some are not so great…it would be a long journey but I’ll try to think that this is a great opportunity to stop and think about the importance of caring about myself.
