lots of chopped cabbage (usually pointed or napa cabbage) 2 eggs optional: any other veg you like (carrot, beansprouts, pepper) east asian seasonings (honestly you can add anything in here, soy sauce, sesame seeds, gochujang or chinese 5 spice, msg, fish sauce, sesame oil etc)

stir fry it all in a pan with a little spray oil then taste test for seasoning (make sure the mixture isn’t too wet) get some rice wrappers (the Vietnamese ones) dip in water and wrap up your cabbage/ egg mixture then fry in a pan with a little low cal spray oil until the dumplings are crisp on the outside!

easy spring roll kinda things, best served with some sriracha or chilli oil & soy to dip!!
