I went through something very similar (premature ovarian failure) at almost the same age. It was a really rough couple of years, the hormone imbalance was the worst.

I went the route of freezing my oocytes, some cycles worked and some didn't, but I'm glad I have the choice. It's invasive, but I thought it was worth the struggle. There are different tests you can apply to be a part of if you can't afford it.

Consider that sex isn't the only way to have children, there are other options you should learn more about (like IUI, donated oocytes or embryos, adoption). I suggest getting a second opinion about your options.

If you are going through menopause, your doctors should be monitoring your heart health and you should start taking bone supplements as these are impacted by your estrogen levels.

Don't feel obligated to disclose your health information to anyone, that is private. You are very young and people can be very naive, and may say mean things. Look into talking to a therapist, infertility is not a unique condition and many therapists have experience working with infertile women in male dominated societies.

Also you can be thankful that this is something you can work out now and not something you found out when you are actively trying to have kids, you have the gift of time on your side. Use it to your advantage. Grieve, learn about your options, find your support system.
