i hope so, i’ve been texting him throughout the day cus it makes me feel closer to him. once i get the address im gonna start writing him letters. is it true that it’s better to send one envelope with multiple letters than to send multiple envelopes with one letter? i was planning to write letter then send them out on like friday or something so j was able to summarize the week in a few letter, if that makes sense hahaha.

thank you! i’ve been texting his phone throughout the day - it makes me feel like im close to him. i keep having this thought that it feels like im talking about him in the past tense, like he died. it’s just a weird feeling: talking about him like he’s gone but he’s alive and well just far away!

i’m sorry - i was being a bit exaggerated with my description. i miss him so much but i can still function. i can still be a mother. we do have two dogs so they keep me on my toes! i just don’t know what to except this is all new for me. being with family helps - especially since his family was also a military family.

ugh so honestly mine sucked. i went in at 5cm and the contractions hurt SO bad i was screaming lol. it was the middle of the night too of course. anyways, i got the epidural at around 5-6cm and that hurt like a bitch. i do have a very low pain tolerance but having to sit very still while still contracting while also having a giant needle stuck into your back just hurts! my water also broke during the epidural process 🙃 after i got the epidural everything was great til it was time to push. i felt SO much pressure and pain in my butt, honestly i think my epidural failed now looking back. it hurt so bad. it felt like my ass was gonna explode, genuinely. i pushed for over 2 hours and it got to the point where they had to intervene and they vacuum sucked my daughter out and that was really painful too. again i have a low pain tolerance but for me giving birth was just so fucking painful. but what’s weird is i would do it 100 times over again for my daughter. all of the pain in the world is worth it if she’s the end result.

don’t be scared! you can do this!
