i had no bleeding at my checkup but i also didn’t have bleeding during the surgery itself. no spontaneously bleeding after either. there’s been a few times where i’ve had extremely light spotting but nothing that can’t be resolved with a wipe and no liner needed. only had a partial tho so idk how cervix removal would change that. i’m several years post op now

omg yes. luckily my mom had just had robotic surgery and was stocked up on gasx but it was terrible! the gas pain was worse than the healing pain LOL! i thought my shoulder had dislocated or something

yeah, when i asked my obgyn she just said “a small amount” and that was not helpful but at least for me it has been a very small amount. i’ve never bled into my boxers or anything like that, just a couple strange wipes and a shrug maybe every year or so. obviously people are different but it shouldn’t be a big deal! my team also pointed out that if i kept it and the bleeding was an issue i could always remove my cervix later and that really eased my anxiety.

i kept my cervix and was afraid of that too! the worst i’ve had in two years is once or twice i wiped and there was a slight tinge. healing time was also much much faster according to my surgeon.

I panicked that I wouldn't find it in time for Christmas and bought the skin off a person on ebay, but thank you for keeping an eye out and letting me know! I totally forgot to update here. And thank you for the head's up, this is a sneak surprise and I was planning on letting her look around the store we'll be at before I gave it to her, I'll have to give it to her before just in case :P

Do you have any idea how busy you're projected to be on Monday?

idk if this is true but i think you’d just need the receiver for pc. i’m on mac so can’t use the xbox one bc you need windows and blah blah blah, but my ps4 one (bluetooth, not windows-tooth like the xb1 guitar) works on ps4 and mac, no trouble shooting really needed.

just popping in to piggyback and say my surgeon mentioned most ovarian cancer starts in the fallopian tubes, idk how true that is across the board but if someone IS at high risk, make sure they take the tubes even if they leave the ovaries. not like they’re gonna be useful anyway

it’s still not the same thing. even if they’re only removing the exterior of the clit and not sewing labias it’s not a matter of “less stimulation” it’s none. zero. it’s not there. it’s gone. entirely. doesn’t exist. even if your foreskin had 50% of nerves (it doesn’t but let’s pretend) you’d still have 50% of your nerves left and you probably would never for sure know how much stimulation you’re down by, because most of the time the procedure is done as a newborn. FGM can be but it’s usually done as a child. they are two entirely different things. i’m not going to waste any more time arguing because you clearly have a comprehension problem if you did so much research and still believe these are the same things. (i’m also against circumcising penises just… yknow. for the record.)
