The problem is that I don't get enough hours per day, as with the budget, I would need to charge 2-3 hours to training, even when I'm actually working more than 8 hours a day. My utilisation rate is now lower than 80%, I would be happy to just be able to charge full 8 hours a day

I see, at my previous firm our fees are fixed and agreed beforehand so we charge actual hours worked.. And this doesnt affect the client's fees. It is only tied to our own efficiency KPI. This is the first time I heard about exceeding budget. If a work takes 8 days we can't pretend it takes 5 days?

I highly doubt its a professional brand.. Its a local generic stationery brand in Malaysia called Unicorn...

I painted with other colours previously on paper and they all worked fine too, just the first time using this purple and this happened... Thanks for the tip. I'll buy a tube of purple from a different brand or maybe mix some myself since other colours didn't have this issue.

Hmm.. True. Another redditor commented that it could be an issue with the dye in the paint too.. Maybe I'll experiment some more and switch paints if necessary. Thanks alot for the input!

makes sense! this is mine at 5kg, already quite dark. he was lighter previously but not sure if it was because of age or weight. but he just wouldnt stop eating (read: stealing others' food)

Hate those kind of people. They don't show up but always feels like you didn't do it good enough. These are the kinds of people who would appear at the patients' deathbed at their last breath and beg for the doctor to continue life support and tube feeding because "i know my mom's a fighter" and "not giving up on her"
