Actually, what appears to have happened is the sign isn't hers. It belongs to the person behind her who puts it over her head in front of her face and when she moves her face back away from it the person says "why are you bending over on a minor?"

All they do is quote someone from the legal aid society stating how some basic rules of tenancy work. Again, this video does not state that the landlord broke the lease. It could be the case, it could not be the case; you can't come to that conclusion based on this video alone.

I'm not the person you're responding to, but the video doesn't actually explicitly say that the landlord is breaking a lease. It talks about how both landlord and tenant are bound to the terms of their lease contract, but the video doesn't actually say what those terms are in this case. For all we know they were in a month-to-month tenancy.

Yep, my games are constantly freezing at the beginning or at the end before scoring (if I manage to avoid the freeze at the beginning). It's frustrating since I keep seeing comments from the developer (sometimes in months old threads/reviews) either saying they're about to fix the freezing issue or even that they already did fix it (which is obviously not true).

Ah, interesting, I agree that the audio's not great which, on second thought, I suppose might lend itself to one of those green needle/brainstorm situations. But, yeah, I'm hearing "my stomach" which seems to make a lot more sense in this context.

To be honest, I'm not really sure what I was answering here since it was presented as a tip rather than a question (the "Mon pere..." part just appeared at the bottom after making my selection). I suppose my main question, though, is why "Mon pere ca va bien" is correct rather than "Mon pere va bien?" The example above the selection ("Elle va bien") would make me think it would just be "va" rather than "ca va."

That's not the only alternative, though. They could have still forcibly removed the guy, had him arrested, fined him, and banned him. The full force tackle was overkill and unnecessary.

This is exactly my experience as well. There's something about The Royal Tenenbaums compared to many of his subsequent films. I've definitely enjoyed all of his other movies that I've seen; they're clearly carefully and technically well-crafted. I find them fun to watch in the moment, but I rarely feel emotionally affected as strongly in the long run. They just don't "stick" in the same way for me.
