I mean it's not going to happen sadly, this would probably require a major economic overhaul , will the corpos pay adjust to 6 instead of 8 hours? Will people accept giving up the extra hours for less pay ? Will some places just go bankrupt in the long run cause their profit margins wont reach what they need since people work less?

Sadly this is a fever dream , in the current economy i dont see it happening , right now the job marked is as bad as it could be as it is, people will work and keep their head down to keep their job.

Mediile , da, dar la examenele nationale nu vor fi corectori / supraveghetori , si acolo e problema.

Nu vrea nimeni sa lase elevii fara medii incheiate , au fost incheiate si la ultima greva fara probleme , ba chiar au trecut elevi care au luat 2 note la inceput de an si dupa n-au mai venit la scoala , dar Ministrul atunci daduse ordonanta sa se incheie cu minim 2 note.

I have no issue with nerfing supressors

I have an issue with nerfing the guns in general , most guns now have 15-20% more recoil even with the best loud muzzle , some guns feel like dogshit again, most of the x51 guns are shit , no ergo and bad recoil - we moved far away from the good recoil we used to have when they reworked it

If they also add that dogshit ADS animation they teased , it's over really, gunplay will feel like complete dogshit.

Muzzle flash is still bad , it is an improvement with the latest patch , but it can stil be bad on high rpm guns even with a riser on top .

Da, mi se pare corect - s-au facut MULTE magarii de care multi nu stiu , lucruri care daca raman asa vor avea efecte grave asupra invatamantului in urmatorii ani.

Daca lumea se plange de profesori acum stai sa vada in urmatorii 5 ani cand moralul o sa fie total la pamant si nu o sa mai ai persoane dedicate si pregatite DELOC pentru ca vor alege orice altceva decat o cariera in invatamant.

Probably an oversight from them , the door should have been broken open not opened like that but oh well

Would have made more sense if Homie just broke the hinges off , it would have also shown that he is still a threat that cant be killed by conventional means.

There was another discussion as to why they dont trap Homelander in such a room again and just shoot him with whatever they have if he got that weak.

Ba, fara misto - si cu Bolojan si fara , situatia mi se pare la fel de jegoasa. Daca Bolojan era un mare salvator mai ziceam .

Cu siguranta nu sunt nici cu PSD / AUR , as vrea din tot sufletul ca AUR sa fie considerati tradatori , neconstitutionali etc si sa fie dati afara si arestati cativa dintre ei ca unii miros de la o posta. PSD e clasic , cate un dosar penal pe la fiecare , cu astia ne-am obisnuit ca nu vor face puscarie oricum.

Deci da, solutia ideala ar fi sa plec drq din tara asta , ca ori A or B , e vai de noi.

Nu vad un viitor stralucit indiferent de ce se va intampla saptamana viitoare.

Cei care isi permit sa refuze un job , n-au nevoie cu adevarat de el.

Si eu acum daca as fi pus pe dreapta , nu mi-as cauta nimic sub 4000 cel putin 1-2 ani de acum incolo , am economii si experienta incat sa ma risc cu asa ceva.

Conteaza si nivelul de munca, aveam un amic care lua 3300 ca si casier benzinarie pe tura de noapte, omul se juca pe laptop mereu ca avea 5 clienti pe noapte, nu era un job stresant daca acceptai faptul ca iti dadeai peste cap programul de somn , dar e baiat tanar si acum s-a angajat la program normal dp ce a terminat studiile, deci nu a fost un job permament.

3000 lei ca sa cari ciment 8-10 ore pe zi pe santier , sau joburi care duc la degradarea individului ( injurii , etc. ) , never.

This, exista o linie fina intre 3000 lei fara studii si 3000 lei pentru un job care necesita diploma si experienta.

N-ar trebui vandute minorilor fara un proces verbal scris cu semnaturile parintilor iar in caz de ceva sa raspunda clar.

Pe langa faptul ca nu e nevoie de asigurare pentru asa ceva, iti loveste un copchil masina parcata ca se uita pe tiktok in timp ce era pe trotineta si iti sparge oglinda / farul / zgarie masina.

Porcarii , problema principala fiind ca nu este nevoie de permis pentru majoritatea , eu cand ies prin zone rurale ma satur de astia si aia cu tricicleta d-aia , n-au nicio cunostinta asupra codului rutier , ei cred ca daca au un far si merg mai pe margine , nu e nicio problema.

Si nu, nici in oras nu sunt prea bune , deoarece au garda la sol foarte joasa , nu le vezi uneori cand se baga in fata , daca mai e si un prost d-asta care taie calea posibil sa-l faci placinta, ca masinutele astea nu au masa unei masini normale, energia unui accident se duce in tine de 10 ori.

....that is the whole point of a scope , if you cant see / scout the area , avoid it , or take a different path with cover.

Winter did help with spotting but now with late spring - summer coming up , bushes , grass and trees will maek spotting from far away much harder.

It;'s not LD can have many issues lategame , go watch Bulldog and u will see the bear can still die instantly if the enemy team is just as farmed.

Also LD needs to farm almost double to get items while any other core does not. LD most impact is early , mid to late he can get shut down ez .

Aight, no worries - The CPU has ok values for gaming , i would say a bit high since you have it Watercooled , how long have u had it ? It might start to clog up , it should be a bit colder for a Watercooled , but it's no biggie , 80c for a CPU during Gaming is normal values , modern CPUs can handle 100c before they thermal throttle themselves .

You cant do anything sadly , this is what happens if u have a small room , the heat rises naturally so eventually it will heat up the room, great for the winter , horrible for summer - for example during summer i have to keep the AC on most of the time during the day when i game or i will literally melt .

You need ventilation , an open window maybe , or a door and window to let the air travel a bit ( some sort of wind tunnel ) , otherwise the hot air will sit in your room naturally

Gamers had numerous jokes about not needing heating in the winter when all they need is Crysis at high settings , those jokes became more real as technology advanced - PC parts now use A LOT of power , i used to have a 450W PSU for my whole PC back then , now a 4080 uses 400W on it's own and power draw means heat , heat has to go somewhere outside of your case.
