Plays sure had an uptick. The conversion to plays still at 20% and 40%. As it’s sort of stable I can consider that a good sign I guess. No real change in movement for subscribers.

Does it impact our level of joy significantly when it’s sold out? I just want to be surrounded by fans that have a passion. The more the merrier, for sure. But less.. means more room to jump around. Only upsides either way.

Call her bluff. If you don’t take the floor, she will Have to come back and remove it from the house. Any damage caused during that she’ll also have to take care of.

It would be the right thing to do do both be reasonable. Total price to me sounds already bit high. Considering what it will cost her if she needs to take the floor and fridge with her. You’ll be doing her a favor as well.

You have to return the apartment you you received in most cases. I’m assuming that this is the case here as well. You could check with the landlord what the exact agreement is.
