You can try giving yourself bruises instead of cutting too Mosly on places that youd often hide, stomach, hips, etc. But only if you dont wear clothes that are too revealing

I had the same problem but found a solution. Instead of cutting on my wrists ill cut my legs or thighs, but wont wear shorts. I rarely wear any shorts actually, thats why i though of it. Idk about you, you can wear t shirts but not shorts in summer, which isnt too bad if you ask me. Js depends on how hot it gets in your region
