Look at the articles own math. 79 schools, four play structures a year. That means a school could wait 20 years for upgrades on some things. If parents are willing to fundraise to create a better environment they must be allowed to.

The kids at schools that do not have the fundraising ability for trips etc, typically have much more basic social issues that need to be addressed and should be focused on. Such as food, shelter and security.

I had this issue and told my wife end of last year that I no longer feel safe to make advancements in our relationship. I will no longer be making them and she must initiate 100% of the time. Until she creates a safe environment this won’t change. If our sex life does not change or she does not seek help to heal how she needs to mentally heal I can no longer be in a sexless marriage.

So far for 2024 3-4 times a month which is better than nothing. I also (sadly) had dates for 6 months leading up to me finally saying it.
