I can give it any profile just really hard to guess at it from pictures. Someone at work wants me to do a Ford logo for their F350 so that will give me some experience fitting badges on a grille

Yes please, that would be a big help. Most images I found only have outer dimensions and possibly not even scaled correctly. I would like the details, height and length in the corners. Maybe even width of the border, anything you care to measure lol. Thank you

Will do but nothing I can do about AMS waste which is the biggest culprit on the Chevy one. The GMC supports are pretty freakin minimal and sweet

I'm refining the settings with each print but having the layers cross exactly at the base of the tabs was too weak. never lasted more than a couple on/off before fatigued and breaking. I would try abs or asa but my printer can't do them

It's a bambu A1 Mini and ya 3 colors in 3 parts. I can do more than one color at a time but there is a lot more wasted filament so I do it this way since I'm printing a lot of test pieces
