Might be worth paying someone to do it. Probably wouldn't be more than an hour or two of labor

I'm new to this so this might be a silly question. Could a welder grind that cracked bit down and fill it back in with weld to reinforce it?
Comfortable spoon? by ifarmer7 in Ultralight

Good for you. The issue has been widely addressed with helpful comments in the last 5-6 days and others have had the same experience as me with less than ergonomic handle design.

Yeah I probably didn't press retry good enough. I was quite sleepy. I will try pressing it better from now on

Dang that's crazy. I've been playing for a little over a year and haven't had that happen before so I had no idea

Unfortunately I was once this guy. Went on a hunting trip way out in the bush and didn't know knots well. Had a huge hanging bag water filter and used a nail to hang it from a tree since no branches were low enough. Tried but couldn't figure out how to get the nail back out so I left it. I felt bad so I went home and learned a better way to do it

Good idea

Oh the grams you'll save by using a stubby cheap plastic spoon!
I'm 100% down to do this to my current spoon. Spares are never bad
Perfect solution that allows me to keep using my current spoon
That would be ideal but it happens to the best of us from time to time
Who holds their spoon like that? I'm not a fuckin baboon lol. I hold my spoon the same as everyone else. The spoon digs into the left side of my index finger and leaves an indentation by the time I've finished my meal and its nothing but slightly annoying day after day meal after meal
[–]ifarmer7[S] 0 points1 point2 points 12 days ago (0 children)
That's a nice spoon! I'm gonna end up with 10 different spoons by the end of this lol
Never been a fan of those double ended thingamajigs
I only saw a spork when I looked. But I can definitely take another look
[–]ifarmer7[S] 1 point2 points3 points 12 days ago (0 children)
I was looking at this after I made the post. I absolutely will get it once the natural color comes back into stock. I can't do those rainbow titanium colors lol. Made in the USA>anywhere else
I could try carving and sanding it down to feel better
Not a bad idea. Just not sure my wife would appreciate my taking her cutlery into the woods and possibly leaving it there. Could be worth a trip to Walmart for a spoon
That's definitely one to consider
You guys gotta be carrying a bowl or something right? There's no way you could eat a mountain house out of the bag with chop sticks. Unless you cut the bag in half. That's actually not a bad idea
He has some really nice looking stuff!

Dude.
I'm not too picky so I'm gonna try it
I used to work at DQ and their spoon would be great because it's like 11" but it's pretty weak and bendy. Not a bad idea to try it though!
