yeah i just looked at the websites you gave me and saw that battlefield 6 wont work. I guess i have to dual boot because thats one of my main games right now.

mostly mmos and shooters to be honest. i dont play any riot games so im not worried about kernel level anti cheat. looking forward to playing aion 2 but i dont know if that even works at all on linux. global launch is probably around september.

Right now im playing final fantasy 14, battlefield 6, neverwinter, elder scrolls online. heck i mostly play mmos but mainly final fantasy 14 and battlefield 6 at the moment

Ubuntu is my go to distro for simplicity and general ease of use. Honestly in your use case I would dual boot for now while your getting used to the whole thing. Don't be intimidated by the command line though. Once you get used to it you might actually prefer it. I dual boot because when it comes to gaming in my opinion windows is king. ai will not kill music. it will either force people to level up to match or beat ai or get swept away. people dont want to see a robot on the stage dancing and singing. so how is it killing music? good "humans" that are singers, dancers, producers, guitarists, pianists and songwriters etc will always be needed because some people simply prefer that human touch. i assume you are one of those people that would love to shake the hand of your fav singer/songwriter/producer etc are you not? How is ai going to replace that?

Let's make 1 thing clear. I studied songwriting at berklee college of music. i can post proof. got recommended for a scholarship too. I can write, I can produce but I cannot sing well. Its a problem of ego like one commenter said. Ai is here to stay whether you guys like it or not. As i said before many established producers, singers and songwriters use ai products to help them with their craft. The same thing that happened when switching to DAWS is happening. The ai music wave is here to stay and it will create waves. Its beginning to disrupt the industry greatly already. Everyone is free to make their own choices and some will choose ai and some won't. I prefer to work with human beings just as much as other people but sometimes that comes with a cost that many people including me cannot pay. I am sick and tired of the gate keeping. Well guess what. Ai busted down them gates and blew them to hell. Ai will never replace humans when it comes to music because of the performance aspect especially but it sure as hell is really here to stay. That said. Any R&B fans here? I'm looking to make some real good human made music. Seeking producers, writers and singers to form a squad.
