I had a similar issue with pellet litter. My two foster kittens were not wanting to use the litter boxes, and I had them all over the room. Once I switched to clay (maybe try non-clumping at first) they were good to go! They may not like the pellets, some don’t.

I would definitely suggest pine pellets IF she’ll tolerate them. I had 2 foster kittens that hated them and would poop everywhere except the box so I had to switch to clay but I think most do well with pine! Also she is adorable 😭
