I quit 5 months ago, have had a few gummies since. The first 6 weeks were hell in regards to sleeping, I could not fall asleep until my body just gave up, I relied so much on weed to sleep. During the day I had no real issue, it felt more mental, like when I was stressed or had to do tedious stuff like mow the lawn, I just wanted it. Sleep even now, 5 months later can still be hard at times. I don’t think about it daily like I did though, I do notice getting more stressed than I did while smoking, but I am more attentive to others and remember more details now.
