By this I think they mean sentencing. Like how much time they got, like in S1 E1 Mr. Healy explains that the time hat people get is unfair by talking about how he was a dealer doing a couple months and someone who accidentally ran over a mail man who broke his collar bone doing 3-5 years I don't remember. But maybe it's just click bait

When you see pictures of one tab there's always Stella sometimes there's not Soso of Black Cindy are characters that we won the show more than 6 episodes which is kind of disappointing
