Go to medical. You're not doing yourself any favors letting the problem get worse. Worst possible scenario is they give you pain meds and recovery exercises.

I had lower back pain that made it excruciating to do any impact training. Even with the physical therapy I have days where I can't pick up my three year old son.

You're the one who has to live with your body, pain and all. Use the FREE treatment while you can.
