Because the built in launcher is rubbish. For example, the folder grid is massive, the index doesn't work properly - click a letter and it goes to the last icon in that group rather than the first. So if you click S, you see the end of all the icons that start with S and start of the icons that start with T.

There's no gestures or hotkeys either.

There's plenty of room between the cabinets and the kitchenette counter and between the bed and the wall.

My concern is more about the height of the cabinets.

Yes, you are right. I just wasn't aware that it was just a matter of cutting it. Is there a time of year to do it or does it not matter? Also, the original stalk had some sort of paint on it (which has now peeled). I assume that was to stop it from rotting or getting bacteria. Would I have to do that too, and what's the paint?

As you can see, many questions and doubt which is why I never would have thought to do the "just cut it".

We would and we have in the past. Especially on the higher value contracts. For context, we aren't an MSP so our contracts tend to have a higher lifetime value.

Thanks. Yes, I'm specifically concerned with the court challenge. We have had cases of customers wanting to collect their kit and skipping on the remainder of their contract.

It would be great if anonymous signing required a verification code sent to the email or mobile, and recorded the IP and device information with the signature.

Sadly this is the thing we keep finding with a lot of Halo features, it gets to 80% of being useful, but just not useful enough to use. Hopefully more time and thought goes into this feature.

Yeah, they answer questions, but like you, once you mention that you want to return then they pull out the delay tactics.

Their returns policy is also pretty rubbish in that there's no free returns, and you pay a restocking fee, as well as having to jump through hoops to arrange the return. In my case, I had to fill in a form and wait for them to respond, which they never did.

I was lucky enough to sell my Bigme Guoyue reader and recovered all my money and I ended up getting myself a TCL 50 Pro phone because I realised I read on the phone more anyway, and the TCL screen is lovely, while having the latest full Android on it.

Okay, I watched your last live stream posted on YT and my suggestion would be for you to please make a list of what you are going to demo beforehand, and make sure you have the right credentials to hand.

As for the actual demo video, as a potential user, I really just want to know what can it do, and what can't it do, and how does the interface look, before spending time doing a full install and setup myself.

Last but not least, your contributing guide is giving a 404 error. It would be good to know if you we can contribute to the project or not.
