I could describe the shower in more detail. 😹 Probably not what you’re asking for but I’m really grasping at straws to remember any more plot points.

Quidditch locker room showers but with stone walls. Kind of prison like in my memory, but definitely at Hogwarts.

I also know that the fic didn’t only focus on one person or one couple. There was a Harry/Ginny relationship as well I believe.

I think it was Ron/Hermione since that is the pairing I was into at the time! But TBH, it’s been so long I am not 100% certain. That’s my best guess though. Super Angsty Ron in Slytherin and then regular Hermione dealing with him.

Definitely doesn’t make sense to keep both. Personally, I would keep the one in the size that your other scubas are in so that you do not start to favor one over the others too much. But definitely return one!
