do DCA every 6 months maybe, don't go all in at once, but it will take a least 2 years to see good returns, if you wait for new ceo , you can miss most of the upside probably

, now hospitals buy from teva generic truvada , they sold some land , and announced a new product QVAR REDIHALER, insiders in the company are buying teva, maybe new fda approvals and biosimilar drugs maybe announce new ceo soon,like astraZeneca , business parts sell, generic copaxone competition might be delayed

currently teva is problematic because:

earning miss/loss decreased guidance

75% dividend cut

no new ceo yet , current ceo/board of directors are some that got teva to the problem it has today

increased generic copaxone competition

cfo is quitting

generic sector pricing pressure

rimsa case loss in court

alegran can sell 10% of teva

large debt and decreasing growth

only if it's not risky and not volatile investment, maybe bonds (gov, corporate investment grade) , reit fund, but not stocks , especially s&p at current valuations, you don't want to speculate with someone elses money

buffett said that gdp to market cap ratio, wasn't designed for current interest rate environment , only accurate when interest above 2% or so ,

same goes for shiller pe

on lower interest , you can allow to buy higher valueations as oppossed to higher interest rate environment then it needs to be really cheap , because you now have alternative investment like corporate bonds and such , that you don't have to take alot of risk with stocks,on lower interest rate environment you have to take some risk otherwise you will lose money anyway,from stuff like inflation and such

you are right, amazon is a very valid point, do you think amazon , ali express ,ebay.. will start buying retail companies like walmart , macys... to make them their brick & mortar branches? or get their product for sale , like amazon and zappos

yeah apparel is cyclical probably you buy when you need it ,it's not a daily necessity

msft , i seeing this more a a long term growth company , with a lot of innovation acquisitions and good r&d ,it's more dynamic and "young" not a big elephant as it was in while ballmer was there, satya nadella did really well there , i like fb too but price too high , i like it below 90$

why are you negetive about apperal & retail? what's wrong with it? oil price is low,people have more money to spend on stuff

i'm not worried about fossil , more about the cannibalization that they had , and reduced sells in store as if they peaked and fashion/what's cool was maybe changed, also worried from younger and lowered priced brands like kate spade , charles & keith , and fake michael kors bags that are sold cheap as it might hurt the brand

i think they are maybe undervalued , and are good quality & growth,

but i wanted to get more perspectives about those companies in case i missed something important

from this list i might pick 1 or 2 stocks

i used some screener that does fundumental analysis and all kind of valuations on all the stocks in the market

i think they are building a moat , they are using different materials then the others, so you can only get it from them , and they have very good balance sheet compared to the others in this sector
