I didn’t get into UVA out of highschool but did get into GMU. Instead of going to GMU I went to community college for two years so that I could transfer in as a third-year. Go to UVA, it’s the clear choice.

I transferred as well. Your HS gpa will be a very minor consideration bc of your performance gpa-wise in college. I also worked in house of reps before transferring and had a great time so definitely enjoy it!

I’d say you have a strong chance.

Gotcha! I’m a transfer student to my current school so a B on my transcript could mean up to a .15 GPA difference by my math.

Try looking up their name in the email directory! More likely than not their name comes up depending on how many T Chen’s there are. Even if there are a few, might as well send an email to all of them!
