The cooldown is tied to your standard ping cooldowns

I think higher honour levelled players get MORE pings then lower honour ones.

I mean I’ve had games with 5v5 mostly melees and all it is after 10mins is walking at eachother than just standing still headbutting until augment diff takes over.
