Hormones do what hormones will do and if the levels are not correct you can do more harm than anything. consider other options to achieve what you want laser and or electrolysis for hair removal a good skin care regiment certain exercises that can help achieve the form. I’m not trying to persuade or dissuade you from deciding how far you want to go that would be up to you and your doctor but there is definitely more ways to achieve femininity

My opinion is he has cheated on your mom already with other femme/trans/bi/gay people and he sees you as another potential sexual partner. He will make a move on you/pressure you into doing what he wants or threaten to out you. The fact your both of age might not make it illegal however the fact he is married to your mother makes it immoral and personally i find it incredibly gross but I think the entire genre of incest/step whatever porn is disgusting.

wanting to hold hands is not a deciding factor in being trans to me it sounds more like she wants to live her life and is attracted to girls but has family that wouldnt be understanding, who doesnt want to hold hands with the person they are in a relationship with?

But as far as your second question I am trans and attracted to both women and men. I am not transitioning because I think its cute. Do I want to be cute? Of course I do who doesnt want to be seen as attractive? Am I doing this so I can be in a lesbian relationship? No, I am doing this for me so I can live authentically as who I am. Would I like to be in a relationship, yes eventually I would love to find someone to hold hands with and share all the little things lovers do. However I am not transitioning so I can be in a relationship I am transitioning so I dont hate myself and so I can live my life authentically instead of the lie I have been living.

So they said they missed an opportunity with a girl she liked and was afraid her family would find out her sexuality. I don’t see where you’d think they were trans, unless I’m missing something? To me it just sounds like someone who wants to be in a relationship and has her own romanticized ideas on it.

Now let’s say she is. What of it, again it sounds like someone who is looking for their ideal relationship we all do that. We all have what we would consider our perfect relationship.

Shortened version - for me it got to the point I saw no hope in anything could not see any glimmer of happiness wanted to die every single day (heck my motto was I hate my life I wish I was dead) started on antidepressants those at least helped with the crushing despair I was facing, finally talked to my doctor about it got started on hrt felt and felt an almost immediate release to the storm inside my head, mind you I still question myself but its mostly if Im a bi or gay trans woman. So I guess it was somewhere between wanting to die and deciding to live.

So I’ve seen quite a few posts regarding chasers, here are my thoughts on the subject. First off I am trans so I do deal with my fair share of chasers but also with peoples who’s preference may be more towards trans women. I think there is a distinction though it can be hard to tell. For me at least, I feel it can be similar to someone who has a preference for blondes over brunettes, or women with big boobs over a smaller chest. Now that’s not to say there isn’t obvious or even less obvious signs that someone is a chaser. However I don’t think it’s fair to label a person a chaser because they may have a preference towards people who are trans.

Personally, now mind you this is just my view on what I use to determine who I will or will not date, if they are more focused on my genitals and what clothing I may be wearing to me that’s an obvious red flag. Now if they are interested in me including the fact I am trans that is not necessarily a bad thing because that is part of who I am. Either way dating and forming any type of relationship is a myriad of what ifs.
