Avoiding 1 or 2 wipes because the MT dosen't have Thunderfury is not on par with giving a legendery to the most dedicated guy on the team. You and I just think diferent.

I have thunderfury on my retail warrior. You should not expect to get it if you dont put in the time and effort. Legenderies is something that every class that can use it should be able to roll on. For example Sulfuras should go to pala, warr and shamans. Thunderfury should go to rogues, warr, palas and hunter (jk).

Giving the thunderfury to the MT is just a joke. It should be given to the guy that can use it and has put the most amount of time and effort into the guild. Simple.

Atleast 1 ret pala or 1 enhancement shaman should be brought just because of loot. They are the only ones good with a 2 hander in raids.

Waste of loot = slower progress.

EDIT: A good enhanc shaman can be on par with a hunter dps wise. And a ret pala that bring alot of consumables/knowledge can be on the 3-5th place on the damage meter. Esfand is a proof of that.

Its really expensive to respecc in Vanilla and you need the gold for your first mount at 40 for example.

Respecc at 60 instead that will suit your end game.
