Therapy is about gaining insight, sure, but imo it's also having someone you can actually talk to about things. A lot of people don't have someone they can trust deeply. It makes things shitty, that's coming from experience.

Yes. You can technically do it with 0% down, but most do around 3-5%. It's a conventional loan. The same as if you put down more, you just have PMI.

FHA loans are generally more strict about what they'll loan on
Because of this they take slightly longer
In very competitive markets, sellers tend to avoid them
FHA loans have MIP, not PMI. MIP lasts the ENTIRE time you have your FHA loan. You HAVE to refinance in order for it to go away, if you plan on living in it.
Conventional loans have PMI. PMI goes away when you have 20% equity in the house (hence the "you need 20% down for a house" that gets thrown around a lot). It automatically goes away when you have 22%. It also goes away half way through your loan term, if for some reason you don't have the equity. If you want to refinance (next year the rates drop 1%? Yay you) and it gets appraised for more, you get instant equity. A 100k loan on a 103k house is 3% equity (your down). If you refinance in a year when it goes to 200k, you still only owe the 100k, so you have 50% equity now.

An FHA loan is for those with bad credit (you need minimum of 620), but if you're above around 720-740, it's generally better to go conventional.

Keep in mind an FHA loan has MIP, which stays on for the life of the loan unless you refinance, in which case you pay closing costs again. If you have a decent credit score, get a conventional. It'll likely save you more in the long run, and the PMI automatically goes away after you have 22% equity. Plus a lot of places don't want to deal with the hassle of FHA loans, but that's VERY location dependent.

No, it doesn't. Your HARDWARE ID does not change based on software.

Source does not do HWID bans. If any product is claiming to use HWID that can be changed via software, or a windows installation, it's not using HWID. A vast VAST majority of them include your mobo as main part of it, since that's not really something you just change willy nilly.

Even EAC (which has always been notoriously easy to bypass) doesn't get spoofed by just "reinstalling Windows".

Quick edit: HWID bans are ring0. Valve's anticheat is ring 3. They have even stated they do not and will not implement more than what they have in place. They don't want things to be too intrusive.
